Keto Pepperoni Pizza Casserole
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 cup pizza sauce (make sure it’s low-carb for keto)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: sliced mushrooms, bell peppers, olives, etc.
