  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef or turkey over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in the pizza sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried oregano. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes.

  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Once done, let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
