Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:

  3. Mix Ingredients:
    • In a bowl, combine sliced strawberries, chopped pecans, shredded coconut, melted coconut oil, erythritol, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
  4. Bake:
    • Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish or ramekins.
  5. Bake in Oven:
    • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the strawberries are soft, and the top is golden brown.
  6. Cool:
    • Allow the dessert to cool for a few minutes before serving.
