Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Pepperoni slices (optional)
  • Marinara sauce for dipping (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
  3. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each mound.
  4. Flatten each mound slightly with your fingers to form thin rounds.
  5. If desired, place a pepperoni slice on top of each cheese round.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the pizza chips cool for a few minutes before serving.
  8. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping, if desired.
