keto pizza chips
Ingredients:
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Pepperoni slices (optional)
- Marinara sauce for dipping (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each mound.
- Flatten each mound slightly with your fingers to form thin rounds.
- If desired, place a pepperoni slice on top of each cheese round.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let the pizza chips cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping, if desired.
