  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • Avocado slices, sour cream, salsa, and shredded lettuce for serving
  • Olive oil or avocado oil for frying
