Keto Mexican chimichangas
Ingredients:
- 4 low-carb tortillas (you can use almond flour or coconut flour tortillas)
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- Avocado slices, sour cream, salsa, and shredded lettuce for serving
- Olive oil or avocado oil for frying
