Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons powdered erythritol (or preferred keto-friendly sweetener)

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons cold butter, cubed

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Cream Filling:

  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

For Finishing:

  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans or almonds (optional)
  • Powdered erythritol for dusting (optional)
