For the Cream Filling:
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
For Finishing:
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans or almonds (optional)
- Powdered erythritol for dusting (optional)
