Keto Garlic Parmesan Roasted Brussels Sprouts Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 lb (about 450g) Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Ensure the Brussels sprouts are well-coated.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the Brussels sprouts are golden brown and crispy on the edges. Stir halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Optional: Drizzle fresh lemon juice over the roasted Brussels sprouts for added brightness.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
