- 2 medium-sized jicama roots

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Peel the jicama roots and cut them into thin strips, resembling French fries.
- Place the jicama strips in a large bowl and toss them with olive oil until evenly coated.
