KETO CHOCOLATE STICKS

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz unsweetened baking chocolate
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optional: chopped nuts or seeds for added texture

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Chocolate Mixture:
    • In a heatproof bowl, melt the unsweetened baking chocolate and coconut oil together. You can use a double boiler or microwave, stirring at intervals until smooth.
  2. Sweeten and Flavor:
    • Once melted, stir in the powdered sweetener, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Adjust sweetness to taste.
  3. Optional: Add Texture:
    • If desired, fold in chopped nuts or seeds for added texture and flavor.
  4. Shape the Sticks:
    • Pour the chocolate mixture into stick-shaped silicone molds or onto a parchment-lined tray, shaping it into stick-like forms.
  5. Chill:
    • Place the molds or tray in the refrigerator or freezer to let the chocolate sticks solidify. This usually takes about 1-2 hours.
    • Once set, carefully remove the chocolate sticks from the molds or break them into desired lengths if you used a tray.
