KETO CHOCOLATE STICKS
Ingredients:
- 4 oz unsweetened baking chocolate
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Optional: chopped nuts or seeds for added texture
Instructions:
- Prepare Chocolate Mixture:
- In a heatproof bowl, melt the unsweetened baking chocolate and coconut oil together. You can use a double boiler or microwave, stirring at intervals until smooth.
- Sweeten and Flavor:
- Once melted, stir in the powdered sweetener, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Optional: Add Texture:
- If desired, fold in chopped nuts or seeds for added texture and flavor.
- Shape the Sticks:
- Pour the chocolate mixture into stick-shaped silicone molds or onto a parchment-lined tray, shaping it into stick-like forms.
- Chill:
- Place the molds or tray in the refrigerator or freezer to let the chocolate sticks solidify. This usually takes about 1-2 hours.
