Keto Chicken Alfredo Bake
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 cups cauliflower florets, steamed
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheeses until melted and smooth.
- Season the Alfredo sauce with dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper to taste.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, steamed cauliflower, and Alfredo sauce. Mix well to coat.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
