Keto Chicken Alfredo Bake

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 cups cauliflower florets, steamed
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheeses until melted and smooth.
  4. Season the Alfredo sauce with dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper to taste.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, steamed cauliflower, and Alfredo sauce. Mix well to coat.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
  9. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
